It's important to understand that everybody is different and has different tastes and preferences. While we strive to create designs matching and exceeding industry standards, there is a possibility that the initial design we make for you won't be exactly what you're looking for. This is perfectly normal and the reason we provide two free revisions with every design. We will work with you to ensure that the end result works for you and your brand. So if we find ourselves in this situation, you can rest easy knowing you're still in good hands.
Design Policy
We are here to give you the best possible design for your brand. The more info you can give us about the design you’d like, the better we can do that. But if you have no ideas, we can still come up with some dope designs for you. Our design policy remains the same regardless. After receiving payment, design details, and any supporting files from you, we will work on and submit a design to you. If the design is to your liking, we move forward to the production stage. If not, we offer up to two revisions. You would tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what you would like to see differently on your design and we resubmit the updated design. In the unlikely event that we have done 2 revisions and you feel as if the design is still not to your liking, you may pay for additional revisions until you are happy. We do not offer refunds of exchanges for design services. The Packing Dept retains ownership of all design files (negotiable).
