Refund policy

GENERAL

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 14 days from the confirmed delivery date.

If a product is believed to be defective within this timeframe, The Packing Dept will evaluate the issue and, if approved, may repair, replace, or reproduce the item at our discretion, provided the defect is determined to have existed at the time of production.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

The right to return or exchange an item expires when:
    •    The product has been partially or fully used
    •    More than 14 days have passed since confirmed delivery

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking or recycling fee, in addition to any applicable return shipping costs.

In some cases, we may request photos or additional information before approving a return or exchange to better understand the issue and resolve it efficiently.
