All orders placed through our e-commerce platform will ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on item type, order size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days once an order has shipped, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made during standard business hours to the shipping address provided at checkout and according to the delivery method selected.

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting their order and reporting any issues or discrepancies as soon as possible.

The Packing Dept is not responsible for:
    •    Shipping delays caused by the carrier
    •    Delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
    •    Damage or loss that occurs after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier

Any shipping-related claims must be addressed directly with the carrier.
